Orders will ship within 28 days or, in most cases, sooner.

Rush service is available, at no extra charge, depending on our production schedule. We will do our very best to accommodate you.

Return policy: As every item ordered is custom made, returns are not authorized or accepted.

To preclude this occurrence a proof is provided, via email, for your approval prior to any production order.

Once your approval to proceed is received, via email, phone or mail, you will be informed of all charges. At this point payment is required for production to proceed.

Information regarding you and your order will not be disclosed or sold to anyone.

NO Refunds if you cancel your order once production has begun on your order.

NO Refunds if you have provided an incorrect shipping address and the order/package is not received in the time frame desired due to the delay of the incorrect address. The package/order will be reshipped to the correct address once the adjusted and corrected address is received in written form or via email.

NO Refunds if you did not specify a "deadline date for delivery" and your order has shipped out in a time frame other than you anticipated. Unless we have a deadline date by which you need your order and products, there is no way for us to properly schedule your order(s) on our production log's accordingly. EVERYTHING IS MADE TO ORDER. You MUST specify a deadline date for delivery if you need the products by a specific date. We will not refund if you received a order later than needed if you did not specify in writing the date needed.

If the shipment is damaged during shipping, you must retain the package(s) and contact us within 24 hours.

SHIPPING INSURANCE: We highly recommend you insure each order. Insurance is optional and not required. However, we will NOT refund or replace an order or product that may be lost or damaged during shipping if you did not purchase insurance.

Your acceptance of the refund and return terms are considered accepted by you if your order is not canceled prior to production.
